Jaco designs, manufactures and services its moulds in its own Tool making department. This highly technical operation allows for the production of large multi-cavity tooling that relates directly to customers individual requirements, thus minimising unit cost, as well as the risk of tool failure. All tools are matched to the performance and operational parameters of the injection moulding machines in order to ensure that the maximum rate of output is achieved and high quality standards maintained. |
